Traveling to Roatan is very easy. TACA, Continental, Spirit, Delta and American have flights via San Pedro Sula. Continental, Delta and TACA with direct flights from Miami, Atlanta or Houston. ‘Sun Wing’ has flights from Toronto on a charter basis seasonally. There is also a charter available through the Henry Morgan resort from Milan, Italy.
TACA flies Directly to the island from Miami on weekends.
Continental’s schedules change seasonally but offer the most flights directly to the island and can run up to four times a week+ from Houston & Ft.Lauderdale
Delta flies on Saturdays only direct to the island year round but may have multiple Saturday flights in the busier season.

Spirit Airlines flies from many cities in the U.S. for the budget minded, (and normally those who do not mind taking several flights to get to their destination) to San Pedro Sula on the Mainland of Honduras. From San Pedro you can take 3-4 local carriers to travel to the island.
For those that wish a very casual trip check with your Cruise Ship Company. Some now allow passengers to drop off here and get picked up at sometime in the future versus just taking a day trip drop off on the island.
